Ray Dionaldo:
Tuhon Ray has over twenty years of martial arts experience,
founder of FCS-Kali, an international teacher of the martial arts, a
holder of the rank of Tuhon in Sayoc-Kali. He is also an author,
motivational speaker, and multi-media specialist.
About FCS-Kali
of The Southeastern US:
FCS-Kali of the Southeastern US has
representatives in NC, SC, Al, GA, and Va; and also having currently the
highest number of Manongs (Certified Instructors) in the system!
The
seminar will be held on June
18th - 20th, 2010 the Bryan Family YMCA in Greensboro, NC.
The
seminar prices are as follows:
$110.00 - For Both Saturday and
Sunday or $80.00 for an individual day (Sat or Sun) for FCS Members and
for all other attendees
pre-paying via Paypal before April 18th, 2010.
$125.00 - For Both
Saturday and Sunday or $95.00 for an individual day (Sat or Sun) for
prepayment after for all attendees
pre-paying via Paypal before May 18th, 2010.

- Spring Quarterly Held April 3rd, 2010, Greensboro, NC!
Our first 2010 quarterly for NC FCS-Kali is coming up next Saturday, April 3rd, 2010 in Greensboro, NC at Shihan
Shameek Hargrove's Sun and Moon Dojo, 1208
Grove Street.
This session will run from 12 pm - 4 pm
with a fee of $75.00/person.
We will be covering levels I - IV of the FCS curriculum, combative aspects of footwork, striking styles and range awareness in relation to the long blade, daga, single/double stick, and Mano-Mano.
Please bring the following:
Arnis sticks
Padded
sticks
Two to Three $1.00 Whiffle Bats.
Light/medium weight staff
- make sure you don't mind if it gets banged on.
regular exercise/sports gloves
High impact hand gloves and arm guards
Protective
sports eye-wear
Mouthpiece
High impact protective headgear.
Groin
protection.
Please be prepared for controlled, very light to moderate contact. We will not be headhunting but headgear can be used for added protection. Excessive and or uncontrolled force will not be tolerated. These drills can be dynamically adapted based on each person's skill and physical ability.
